73 Belden Street

H.O.P.E. purchased the property through a bank foreclosure.  73 Belden is a three-family house which was originally built in 1902. H.O.P.E. has completed the tax credit program application for the complete renovation of this property. At the end of June 2019, we received word that requested funds have been awarded.

H.O.P.E. has removed three dumpsters of mold-covered sheetrock, old appliances and wet carpeting. Our contractor started demolition work in the second week of September 2020. Specs were out to bid and a contractor was selected and hired at the end of March 2021 to get this renovation started. We completed this home and had a ribbon cutting ceremony in July 2022.
