35 Terrace avenue

H.O.P.E. is investing in the revitalization of 35 Terrace Avenue, a key property in our Reynard Program. This three-family home provides stable, affordable housing for low-income families working toward homeownership. As part of our commitment to sustainability and neighborhood preservation, we are enhancing the exterior with new HardiPlank siding, improving insulation for greater energy efficiency, and refreshing the property with a fresh coat of paint. These upgrades, made possible through grant funding and generous donor support, will ensure the home remains safe, durable, and an asset to the community.
