Renovations have been completed by Eddie Fedorshak Builders and three families have joined H.O.P.E.'s  Reynard program. After a ribbon-cutting ceremony, these families are now enrolled in homeownership courses to prepare for purchasing their future homes. The affordable rents allow them to save, while H.O.P.E. sets aside a portion of their rent each month toward the down payment on their dream homes.
