32 Blackhall Street

Construction of 32 Blackhall St. is well underway. All that remains of the original structure is an old stone foundation. H.O.P.E. and Dependable Contracting, LLC are building a 3 story, two-family home to be completed in late 2024/early 2025. This home will be sold to a moderate-income person/family with an apartment to be rented to a low-income person/family.
